With the goal of optimizing the learning experience and ensuring career opportunities for students, the Faculty of English Language (FEL) consistently focuses on building a sustainable cooperation ecosystem with strategic partners. The Faculty-level Industry Advisory Board meeting serves as an opportunity for the University to listen to objective feedback from the labor market, thereby adjusting teaching content to align with actual demands.

Within the framework of the program, Lac Hong University officially conducted a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with two prestigious organizations:

The signing of these MOUs goes beyond mere diplomatic ritual; it represents a strong commitment to coordinating professional accompanying activities, apprenticeships, and internships. This serves as the foundation for FEL students to access real-world working environments while still in university.

One of the central themes of the working session was the discussion regarding the Learning Outcomes for the 2026 academic year. Industry representatives contributed profound insights to finalize the competency framework for students, including:

- Emphasizing the ability to handle real-life situations in corporate and international business environments.

- Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, discipline, and high adaptability.

- Ensuring the flexible use of specialized English to meet the rigorous requirements of the digital era.

At the conclusion of the session, partner businesses reaffirmed their commitment to prioritizing FEL-LHU students for apprenticeships and internships. Furthermore, these organizations expressed their desire to recruit outstanding candidates from the Faculty, contributing to the supply of high-quality human resources for society.

The Faculty of English Language sincerely appreciates the companionship and dedicated contributions from our corporate partners.
